The 2024 Nutriyummy Pro Cup took over Alicante, Spain on October 27, featuring competitors from the Classic Physique and Bikini divisions, who fought for early qualifications to the 2025 Mr. Olympia. (As of now, the date, location, and venue haven’t been announced for the 2025 Mr. Olympia)
The 2024 Mr. Olympia Weekend turned the bodybuilding world upside down. Bikini titleholders Jennifer Dorie and Maureen Blanquisco were not present at the event, which made room for a new champion to emerge. When the dust settled, Lauralie Chapados, a three-time Ms. Bikini International champion, won the sport’s most prestigious honor. Meanwhile, the Olympia title is vacant in Classic Physique, so competitors were determined to bring their best for a future opportunity to lay claim to the sport’s ultimate honor.
In Classic Physique, Josema Munoz made a commanding effort to take home gold. Bikini competitors dominated en route to solidifying their status as title contenders. Ultimately, the stage presence, poise, and hourglass figure of Ivi Escandar stole the show. She will have the opportunity to square off against Chapados next year when the biggest show of the season returns.
