“Today, we’re going to cook chicken and rice, good ol’ chicken, yeah buddy. Whatever you do, don’t forget that barbecue sauce, good ol’ flavoring.”
Fans continue to raise questions about Coleman’s diet given the sheer mass and conditioning that he displayed throughout his bodybuilding tenure. He was easily one of the biggest talents to shake up the IFBB Pro League, leaving many curious about the foods he ate to build such a monstrous physique.

Step By Step Guide for Preparing Chicken
- Step 1 – Wash Protein
- Step 2 – Season Protein on Both Sides
- Step 3 – Grill Protein
- Step 4 – Apply Barbecue Sauce
“First thing I do is wash it up real good, like so, make sure it’s all good and clean,” says Coleman. “Now the chicken is all good and cooked up, time for good ol’ barbecue sauce.”
Instructions for Rice
- On stove, bring water to simmer on medium high
- Turn down to low, cover with lid
- Cook rice 13 minutes, Rest 10 minutes
- Enjoy

“Makes it good and tasty,” says Coleman. “Stir it up real nice and good.”
“You guys know this is one of my favorite meals of the day, next to the steak,” adds Coleman.
