Brazilian nutritionist, bodybuilder, and fitness influencer Diana ArĂȘas has tragically died at the age of 39. News of her passing was reported by multiple news outlets on Nov. 14, 2025.
ArĂȘas was a rising star in the fitness community, having accrued more than 201,000 Instagram followers. Her body was found by authorities in Campos, north of Rio de Janeiro, on Thursday, according to the local outlet J3News.
Hours before her death, first responders were dispatched to her apartment and she was hospitalized. Medical personnel discovered lacerations all over her body. While ArĂȘas was treated at the hospital, she later checked out without clearance from doctors. Authorities are still gathering information and emphasized that this is an ongoing investigation.

Her final post, which was published five days before she died, has gone viral, with many of her fans and followers expressing their thoughts about the crushing loss.

Rising IFBB Pro Bikini bodybuilder Lorena Blanco also lost her life due to a fatal heart attack inside her home.
