Tiffany Chapon has been in incredible form in the past couple of months and put up another great performance at the 2026 SBD Sheffield Powerlifting Championships on January 31st. She put up a dominant display, setting new U47KG Raw Squat, Bench Press, and Total IPF World Records to take the overall win.
Tiffany Chapon’s Full Performance
Tiffany Chapon weighed in at 46.9 kilograms (103.4 pounds) for the 2026 SBD Sheffield Powerlifting Championships. In turn, she was listed as a 47KG athlete but managed to take the overall win in the women’s division, as the rankings were based on the Total World Records. Consequently, seeing that Tiffany achieved 103.79% of the previous record, she managed to beat her rivals and walked away with the gold medal.
Squat
Tiffany Chapon came into the squat session with a clear goal in her mind but first decided to secure a 157.5-kilogram (347.2-pound) lift. She then proceeded to break the World Record on the second attempt, chipping the previous mark with a 166-kilogram (366-pound) squat.
Chapon was not done yet, as her final attempt was another opportunity to improve. So, she loaded 169 kilograms (372.6 pounds) to the barbell and completed the squat with just a lifting belt and a pair of knee sleeves.

Bench Press
Tiffany Chapon’s experience on the bench press turned out to be very similar to the squat, since she achieved a solid and smooth 100-kilogram (220.5-pound) lift before chasing the World Record. The second attempt saw an increase of 5 kilograms (11 pounds). Although that was already a new Bench Press World Record, Chapon continued her chase for the title by advancing the record to 107.5 kilograms (237 pounds) on her third attempt.

Deadlift
Lastly, Tiffany Chapon performed the deadlift. She walked away with all three successful lifts, utilizing the sumo stance and a mixed grip to pull as much weight as possible. In the end, her heaviest lift came out to 175 kilograms (385.8 pounds), which was enough to push her Total over the World Record and also secured her the overall victory.

This was Tiffany Chapon’s fourth appearance at the Sheffield Powerlifting Championships and her first victory. Her highest placement at the competition prior to this year was seventh, which goes to show how much improvement she made in recent months. On the other hand, Tiffany is a 4x IPF World Champion and the winner of many other prestigious competitions. Most importantly, Chapon holds one of the most impressive resumes in the world but is still just 24 years old.
