Lauralie Chapados is gearing up to dominate the 2026 Arnold Classic. On Feb. 18, 2026, she shared her ‘high’ 2,174-calorie full day of eating just three weeks before stepping onstage.

Chapados enters the Arnold Classic as a massive favorite, having claimed gold in 2022, 2023, and 2024. She also won the Bikini Olympia title in 2024, securing her spot in bodybuilding history. She never lost the Arnold Classic crown in competition; she opted not to compete at last year’s event to focus on her health

At the 2025 Mr. Olympia, Chapados missed the mark and fell to sixth place. Looking ahead, the reigning Arnold Classic champ Vania Auguste won’t be competing, leaving room for Chapados to reclaim the title. However, the show is stacked with threats, including former three-time Ms. Bikini Olympia Ashley Kaltwasser, Ashlyn Little, and Aimee Delgado.

Her balanced pre-workout meal came around noon:

“This is meal number two, pre-workout. I am training at 12:30 today, which is a little bit later. We’ve been training at 12. Normally, I eat. I take my pre-workout and drive to the gym, it’s about 20 minutes. I’m going to do the same today.”

Meal 5

  • 4 oz of chicken breast
  • 5 oz of cooked jasmine rice
  • 100 grams of salad
