CrossFit 19.1 Open workout.

It’s what many have been waiting for and now the Open 19.1 workout is available for all to see.

Here it is!…

19.1 Open Workout

15 Min AMRAP (As many reps/rounds as possible)

  • 19 Wallballs (Men have to toss 9kg/[20lbs] ball 10 feet)/(Women have to toss 6kg/[14lbs] ball 9 ft)
  • 19 calorie row (Must row until 19 calories are reached).

So each participant will perform 19 wall balls and when they finish each set, they will go straight into the 19 calorie row. Wallballs are done by throwing a medicine ball up to the required distance, then catching it and performing reps until 19 reps are reached. Rows are done on a standard rowing machine.
