Arnold Schwarzenegger Gives Advice to 7x Mr. Olympia Phil Heath
Five different Mr. Olympia champions sat down at the Sunday showcase seminar at the 2019 Arnold Classic to speak in front of many guests with Bob Chicherillo hosting it. But one conversation stood out where seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger offered some great advice to the other seven-time Mr. Olympia champion Phil Heath (Eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney, eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, and four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler were also present).
Schwarzenegger explained how Phil should make a comeback and attempt to get revenge by winning another Olympia title.
“I think that if Phil feels that he is at the height of his career and if he feels like he has a year or another two years in him, I would definitely come back with a vengeance.
He then went on to make a statement about Phil Heath being better than the rest when he’s at his best.
“I’ve watched Phil over the years and there’s no one that can touch him when he’s on”.
But the truth is that in 2018, Phil Heath was off and therefore Shawn Rhoden smelled blood and attacked with an amazing physique to beat Heath and become the new Mr. Olympia champion. Schwarzenegger made it seem like less than a big deal and stated that someone loses when they are a little off but they just have to come back and work harder next time.

“Phil was off a little bit I thought and so someone else took the opportunity and took the title”.
Lastly, Schwarzenegger explained how important it is to come back and take what’s yours while giving an example of his own desires to come back and beat out the competition; likely referring to his younger years when he dominated the bodybuilding stage.
“That’s the way I am, I got to go back and clean house”.
Arnold even recommended Heath to compete at an Arnold Classic competition before he appears on the Olympia stage again.
Do you think Phil Heath will take Arnold Schwarzenegger’s advice and make a return to the Olympia stage?
