While some of us are struggling with staying motivated while training at home, Stefi Cohen does not have that problem. In fact, it seems that she has been getting just as good of a workout at home, as she may have gotten in the gym.
Cohen is one of the most popular powerlifters in the world today. Her powerful physique combined with the level of intelligence required for her to have earned her PhD has earned her a massive fan base. Not to mention, being able to shatter world records has certainly made a huge impression.
Someone who takes their fitness as serious as Stefi Cohen does is sure to not be deterred by the current global health crisis. In fact, as she shared in a recent Instagram post, she has been taking this time to find fun ways to still get a hard workout in. Here she is, going through leg day at home, and there is no doubt this was a challenging workout.

That is a pretty hefty leg workout from Cohen. She sure knows how to push herself, even if it is not at the gym. With six rounds of this, even the most dedicated leg workers would be struggling but the end of the workout.
This is not the only work Stefi Cohen has been doing at home. Here she is a few days earlier, taking the time to work on a lift that she hasn’t done in a while. Although it was not that pretty, she tried pushing herself with some clean and jerks.
Stefi Cohen continues to show that she has the variety in her arsenal to be able to improvise, no matter the circumstances. This is the mindset that has made her a champion, and it is interesting to see her apply those skills during these complicated times.
