Apple Cider Vinegar is good for a lot of reasons but whether or not it’s good for detoxification is uncertain. However, there have been studies showing ACV to have an effect on fat loss in rats and mice.
But, one study showed ACV to be potentially beneficial for post-meal glucose levels. Many individuals were given a bagel, orange juice, and peanut butter, and then they were given 20g of ACV after the meal.
White kidney bean extract is an interesting ingredient in this supplement. But according to one study, 25 people were given either white bean extract or a placebo. The white bean extract group lost more weight and reduced weight size. (24)

An ingredient you may not be familiar with is grains of paradise which is a spice in the ginger family. A study on non-obese females who supplemented with grains of paradise found a significant increase in calories burned compared to placebo.
