Blessing Awodibu seems to be getting a bit stir crazy during this period of being stuck indoors. However he found a fun way to vent some of that energy, and get some laughs along the way.

Awodibu is one of the most physically imposing bodybuilders in the world today. His massive size and ridiculous physique has earned him the attention of many people, who are simply drawn to his physicality. Yet what keeps these people interested in him, is the fact that he is an abundantly nutty individual, with a humorous personality.

This humor was on full display with a recent Instagram post from Blessing Awodibu. The video shows him blowing off some steam, having to be stuck at home to workout. To say he does so in an entertaining way would be a massive understatement.

“Epic Light weights quarantine home workout Episode 1 😁”

Awodibu starts off the video by faking like he is snorting lines of preworkout, before doing all kinds of silly over the top exercises. From messing with dumbbells in the shower and closet, to benching on the bed, he does it all. Not to mention he has the look of a wild man on his face while doing so.

Blessing Awodibu is actually quite relatable in this circumstance, feeling a bit stir crazy during these stressful times. Although not all of us are the point of bench pressing on the couch, this type of isolation is hard for most people. Therefore it is good to have some sort of release, even if it does involve smashing your face on a table full of workout powder.

Blessing Awodibu continues to show time and again, that he is one of the most entertaining figures in the sport. It is a relief to see that he is able to find a way to keep that energy up despite how hard that may be right now.
