Sadly, the bodybuilding world has been shaken up by a number of deaths lately. Women’s Bodybuilder Hayley McNeff died back in August, but there were questions about her passing. Months later, fans found out that she died from acute intoxication of heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl. Rising IFBB Pro Bikini bodybuilder Lorena Blanco also lost her life due to a fatal heart attack inside her home.

Questions surround Arêas’ passing, like the lacerations found on her body earlier in the day. In time, fans hope to hear the full story. Our Fitness Volt staff wishes her friends and family strength, resilience, and peace during this difficult time.
