Check out the lift below…

The lift was an official number of course, but it’s still just 3kg below the world record in her weight class held by Jen Thompson who lifted 144Kg/317.5lbs. The record set at the IPF World Classic Bench Press Championships in Finland.

Carola Garra is a top 63kg powerlifting athlete who continues to impress with her amazing strength.

We look forward to seeing what she brings to competition in the near future.
