Before jumping straight into the workout, Hemsworth explained that they would be tracking the calories they burn throughout this intense full-body training session to see how many of Mr. Beast’s chocolate bars they can earn.
“I think we are gonna do a workout and we’re going to see how many calories we burn and then that equates to how many chocolate bars that we get” Chris Hemsworth revealed.
It seems Mr. Beast got a little more than he bargained for when he decided to hang out with Chris Hemsworth.
“I came here to hang out with Chris and that turned into doing a full-body workout” Mr. Beast explained.
Only halfway through the first rotation of workouts, Mr. Beast is already counting down to when he’ll be finished. Meanwhile, Chris Hemsworth was blasting through the training session with ease.
“Only 30 more minutes of working out.”
“It’s going a lot quicker than I thought. Should have had more pre-workout,” Hemsworth shared.
As they progressed through the workout, Chris Hemsworth assessed how they were coming along.
“I think the boys are beating us actually. We look like we’re sucking in gas.”
After they wrapped up the 30-minute workout, Mr. Beast revealed the amount of calories they all burned, which only equaled to about one 190-calorie chocolate bar.
“I guess we burned 200 calories.”
When all was said and done, Chris Hemsworth was asked how long he usually works out for daily.
“We do about an hour but not at that exact thing.” “That’s punchy (the 8-station workout they just completed). That’s like continuous too. There’s cameras and you’re giving it a few extra reps. It was killing me. I was like, ‘Where’s all the pre-workout going?’ There was nothing.”
Despite joking throughout the workout, Mr. Beast has become accustomed to hitting the gym as of late. Just last year, the YouTube sensation revealed his incredible weight loss transformation. He detailed in a Twitter post that lifting weights and walking 12,500 steps a day was the reason for his dramatic new look.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, eat better, or simply have more energy, Chris Hemsworth has a ton of advice, workout tips, and nutrition information available through his app and on social media. Or you can hit him up personally to hang out for the day, and like Mr. Beast, end up completing an exhausting full-body workout!
