Despite a busy acting schedule, Chris Hemsworth never makes an excuse when it comes to working out. In a recent pair of Instagram posts, Hemsworth walked fans through a 20-minute upper body ‘blast’ workout and shared a teaser of his physique in a movie trailer for “Fuirosa” in 2024. 

For as long as he’s been commanding lead roles, Australia’s Chris Hemsworth has maintained an impressive physique. Whether he’s tasked with acquiring agility, muscle, endurance, or sheer strength, Hemsworth’s knowledge of fitness and health has guided him throughout his illustrious career as an actor.

Having played Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Hemsworth has gone to great lengths to achieve a superhero-caliber physique, thanks to quality nutrition, exercise, and rest. He created a fitness and lifestyle app called Centrfit but also shares his routines online and interacts with fans.

It appears Chris Hemsworth’s training schedule has been put to good use, as he showed off the fruits of his labor, courtesy of a sneak-peek photo on the set of “Furiosa.” 

Despite Hemsworth’s frequent on-the-go workouts, he recently trained with one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Having pumped iron alongside “The Austrian Oak,” who boasts a staggering seven Mr. Olympia titles, Hemsworth admitted the experience fulfilled a lifelong dream

With a consistent focus on his well-being and an active lifestyle, Hemsworth takes advantage of any resource at his disposal. As for the nutrition side of muscle-building, Hemsworth has been open about his pre-workout options. He swears by a caffeine-fueled protein energy drink, which he regularly consumes before strenuous training sessions. 

With a highly anticipated movie slated for release in 2024, fans are eagerly anticipating Chris Hemsworth’s return to the big screen. The trailer for “Furiosa” offers a glimpse of his ripped physique, a testament to the rigorous training regimen he undoubtedly underwent in preparation for the role.
