Standing at only 157cm short, Demi Rose Mawby turns heads everywhere she goes thanks to her voluptuous figure.
Her Instagram profile has nearly 10 million followers and she travels the world modeling for various fashion companies, all that at only 24 years of age.
However, life wasn’t always that great for the curvy babe. In her early childhood, she was a victim of bullying.
“Bullies used to throw chewing gum in my hair and pull chairs away as I was about to sit on them. I hated it.”
Since Demi always wanted to be a fashion model, she would always walk like a model and pose in front of the mirror. Such behavior earned her little to no friends within her school and she was called names, teased and all sorts of cruel things school children think off.
However, after surviving the tortures high school year, Demi quickly transformed from an awkward girl posing in front of the mirror into a mini bombshell.
Being a millennial girl in her early 20’s growing up in the social media age, Demi Rose Mawby started posting her bikini pictures on her Instagram. The pictures quickly became viral and her fame skyrocketed.
Demi’s dream of becoming a model was even further close to becoming a reality as after going to Miami for the first time she met several scouting agents who saw Demi Rose as a diamond in the rough.
After that, it didn’t take long for this curvacious Brit to start getting fashion contracts and achieving her lifelong dream of becoming a fashion model.
Today, she is one of the biggest social media fitness stars today and she travels the world working as a model while posting jaw-dropping Instagram posts on a daily basis.
“Shoot days involve early mornings, sometimes traveling to a far location and coping with the unpredictable weather conditions or pushing through doing a long day in the studio.
Off shoot days I usually go to the gym, attend meetings, work on projects I have on or meet up with my friends and have some chill time.”
So what’s her workout routine? Well, as you could imagine the life of a fashion model features a lot of traveling and not a lot of time for personal stuff. However, Demi still manages to cram in 4 days of training a week.
She says she does a bit of everything training-wise. Crossfit-esque circuit training, cardio and free weights. It’s all depending on time/schedule availability and specific short term and long term fitness goals she has in mind.
Of course, her favorite body parts to work on are her booty and abs. Speaking of her booty, she shared some of her favorite exercises for her moneymaker.
