“As you know, I never cut my sodium. A lot of people cut their sodium, old school people who do that. All my clients, and myself, we don’t cut sodium around we. It helps keep you full.”

Jackson then proceeds to put the chicken in a heated skillet. Next, he pops a bag of rice in the microwave, to prepare it before he fries it on the stove. While that is cooking, he explains that he sometimes likes to put veggies in the rice.

Jackson finishes the meal off by adding some butter spray, salt, pepper, and soy sauce to the rice. Then, when the chicken is finally done, he puts it on the plate, alongside the rice. Add some dipping sauce, and this meal is complete.

“There you have it; simple, nice, good tasting meal. I eat this a couple of times a day, and off-season I usually eat like 4 clean meals and 2 dirty meals, or 5 clean and 1 dirty. That keeps me in good shape on the off-season.”

What do you think of this low carb meal from Dexter Jackson? Will you give it a try while you are stuck at home?
