The legendary Dexter Jackson recently turned 50 years old and you certainly wouldn’t know it by just looking at how impressive he still is at this age. But the 2008 Mr. Olympia champion isn’t letting his foot off of the gas pedal anytime soon when it comes to maintaining and even improving his top-tier physique (at least not until after 2020.

Here’s a recent video where “The Blade” attacked a shoulder superset where he did a set of seated machine bent-arm lateral raises and then jumped right into a seated machine shoulder press, and it’s safe to say that he’s looking jacked as usual.

This is what he wrote on Instagram…

“Just a lil superset! Gotta get in and out today on this Black Friday!! Hope you guys had an amazing Thanksgiving.”

Check out the superset below…

Dexter Jackson has confirmed that he will be competing at the Olympia in 2020 and if he places in the top 5 again this year after coming in 4th in 2018, well… it wouldn’t surprise us.
