The 2024 Rogue Invitational is almost here, with the competition taking place on November 8-10, in a new venue in Aberdeen, Scotland. There are multiple reasons why this year’s edition of the show is one of the most interesting yet, including the first-time integration of the Strongwoman division. To make it even better, here is how to watch the 2024 Rogue Invitational for free.

How to Watch the 2024 Rogue Invitational

The 2024 Rogue Invitational will be livestreamed throughout the entire three days of competition on the Rogue Fitness website and YouTube channel. Moreover, the free livestream will feature expert analysis and commentary.

Rogue has also set up a paid option for the livestream, calling it the “Iron Game Premium”. It costs $25 and comes with certain benefits, such as the VR Control Room, customizable live feed, as well as participation in the Q&A sessions with the athletes.

2024 Rogue Invitational Schedule

It is important to note that the 2024 Rogue Invitational features three divisions: CrossFit, Strongman, and Strongwoman. So, the schedule is packed with action, as impressive feats of strength and fitness will be performed throughout the entire weekend.
