Joe Rogan likes to fancy himself as something of a fitness expert. Now he shares a ton of crazy workouts that you can do, while staying indoors.

Rogan likes to stay on top of his diet and fitness, as it is something very important to him. Not only does he do his own research, but he is constantly talking with legitimate professionals, and figuring out what works best for him. As a result, he is still able to be extremely fit, even at 52 years old.

One of the things that helps with this, is the fact that Joe Rogan is lucky enough to have extensive access to his own training facilities. This has helped to protect him from being affected by the current global health crisis shutting down gyms. However, as he explained on a recent episode of his podcast, he still knows how to get in a good workout, using only your bodyweight, a pull-up bar, and a 35lb kettlebell.

“One kettlebell, one chinup bar, you replaced your gym. Every day you can get a f—ing ferocious workout in a abunch of different ways.”

So what workouts does Rogan recommend trying? Well there are a lot, and they are:

  • Chin ups
  • Different push-up variations (Hindu, Diamond, Traditional, etc.)
  • Wall presses
  • Lunges
  • Bodyweight Squats
  • Shadow boxing with light weights

Not only that, but Rogan went on to encourage people to use resources like YouTube and Instagram to get ideas on other plans.

“There’s a ton of YouTube videos that will give you an amazing workout with just one kettlebell!”

This is some pretty solid advice from Joe Rogan. Like he says, there are a ton of options for working out while at home. The important thing is to find a way to keep yourself motivated and not just laying around the house during these difficult times.
