Johnnie Harris Bench Press
Johnnie Harris Bench Press

It’s not often we see someone throw up 585 pounds on the incline after pausing at the bottom, but Johnnie Harris is an exception. And he didn’t even need a spot for the first rep.

Now, he obviously trains pretty hard and also has insane genetics so it’s no surprise he’s hitting such big numbers on the incline bench.

Harris is very much into “power building” and he may be onto something as his beastly physique matches his physical power. Power building combines aesthetics and strength building and it’s a good mix of training disciplines which offers the best of both worlds.

But as you’d probably expect, Johnnie Harris can move even more weight on the flat bench and here’s a 655-pound pause-rep bench press to prove it…

We’re almost positive Johnnie Harris has more in him and we can probably expect even bigger lifts sometime in the near future.
