At only 22-years-old, Jordanne Panton has accomplished a lot in her career, including becoming a 5x American National champion. Jordanne has been competing in powerlifting since she was 14 years old, so it’s no wonder that she can put up some astounding results. However, Jordanne recently set a new personal record in training and shared it on her Instagram account, marking a new peak in her still-young career.

In the video, Jordanne is seen easily deadlifting 222.5 kg (490 lbs) for two repetitions, which is her new PR double. She only used a lifting belt, while her style of deadlifting was sumo accompanied by a mixed grip.

In the captions of her Instagram profile, Jordan is stating that she is weighing 63 kg. That means that she managed to deadlift 2 reps of 3.5x her bodyweight.
