At only 22-years-old, Jordanne Panton has accomplished a lot in her career, including becoming a 5x American National champion. Jordanne has been competing in powerlifting since she was 14 years old, so it’s no wonder that she can put up some astounding results. However, Jordanne recently set a new personal record in training and shared it on her Instagram account, marking a new peak in her still-young career.
In the video, Jordanne is seen easily deadlifting 222.5 kg (490 lbs) for two repetitions, which is her new PR double. She only used a lifting belt, while her style of deadlifting was sumo accompanied by a mixed grip.

In the captions of her Instagram profile, Jordan is stating that she is weighing 63 kg. That means that she managed to deadlift 2 reps of 3.5x her bodyweight.
In addition, just three days ago Jordanne also shared her new PR doubles in both the squat, and the bench press events. Both of the lifts looked as effortless as the deadlift, but that doesn’t change the fact that she squatted 165 kg (363 lbs), and bench pressed 92.5 kg (204 lbs) for two repetitions.
