It is no secret that bodybuilding and powerlifting sensation Kiera Aston is a special kind of athlete. However the full extent of her transformation will certainly blow you away.
As the youngest IFBB Pro in Europe, you would think that Jaston has been training her whole life. After all, she has an insanely jacked physique, especially for someone who is only 21 years old. So the clear explanation to these results has to be a product of a lifetime of dedication to the gym and lifting, right?
Wrong! As it turns out, Kiera Aston did not even start her fitness journey until she was 17 years old. Meaning that she has been working for just four years, and has already accomplished some unbelievable things with her body. In fact, she recently took to her Instagram to share this massive transformation, and celebrate how far she has come.
“Sometimes you just need to take a minute and reflect on how far you’ve come. 17 years old in the left picture, 21 years old in the right. The picture on the left was taken the day I decided to ‘start the gym’ and the picture on the right was taken weeks before becoming the youngest Figure pro in Europe. Hold the vision, trust the process 🙏🏼❤️”

Obviously the level of improvement that Jaston has achieved in such a short time is undeniably shocking. She has taken her fitness seriously, and worked really hard, and the results of this speak for themselves. Of course, considering the type of performances she has in the gym, it comes makes sense that this level of growth would occur.
Considering the fact that Kiera Aston is still only 21 years old, it would be safe to assume that we are still very far from the peak of her fitness career. That being said, seeing how far she has come already makes it even more exciting to see how far she will go.
