But the 49-year-old is also in amazing shape and appears to have a passion for the fitness lifestyle.
Method Man (real name Clifford Smith Jr.) regularly posts training clips on social media and his strength is pretty impressive especially at his age. So he recently posted a training clip where he deadlifted 435lbs for 4 reps which seemed to go relatively smooth.

He wrote in the following post…
“315 bench can motivate u or humble u.. for me it’s both! Let’s go .. focused #healthiswealth I hope this motivates somebody!!!! Slow process to progress!“
And then here’s a 425lb deadlift before gyms shut down…
Method Man is still able to maintain his strength and physique despite the current health situation which is a true blessing. He currently has a brand called Tical Athletics which is a rather exciting endeavor for him and he seems to be doing rather well in fact.
We definitely expect more training updates from the legendary rapper as he continues to make progress both in his fitness journey and business venture.
