Mr. Beast owns the most successful YouTube channel in the world, boasting over 400 million subscribers and growing immensely with each day. So, for his recent video, he came up with a unique challenge, one that required finding the strongest men in the world. He ultimately invited 10 elite Strongman athletes and had them face off against 100 children in a massive tug of war.

Round One — 1 Strongman vs. 100 Kids

For the first round of Mr. Beast’s challenge, only one man stepped up to the challenge. That man was none other than Brian Shaw. The 4x World’s Strongest Man first pulled a 50,000-pound (22,680-kilogram) plane for 75 feet, proving just how strong he is. That did not affect the kids, who were still convinced that they would win. They backed up their attitude later on, as they easily beat Brian, who was standing on his own.

Round Two — 2 Strongmen vs. 100 Kids

For the second round, Mr. Beast called up another elite Strongman to help Brian Shaw. Martins Licis stepped up to the challenge. Licis has an extensive list of achievements, including wins at the World’s Strongest Man, Arnold Strongman Classic, and Rogue Invitational. Unfortunately for the Strongmen, the kids still easily beat them in the tug of war.

Round Three — 4 Strongmen vs 100 Kids

As it became clear that the Strongman team needed some serious additions if they wanted to challenge the kids, Mr. Beast decided to add Lucas Hatton and Evan Singleton to the team. Hatton is best known for his three victories at the America’s Strongest Man competition and his incredible overhead pressing power. On the other hand, Singleton is one of the most entertaining Strongmen and the 2025 Strongest Man On Earth. While the battle was a bit closer, the 100 kids still recorded a convincing win.

Round Four — 6 Strongmen vs. 100 Kids

Eddie Williams and Bryce Johnson reinforced the Strongman team in the fourth round. Williams, also known as ā€˜The Singing Strongman’, is best known for performances in moving events, making him a perfect fit for the tug of war. Bryce is the reigning 2025 North America’s Strongest Man and a true powerhouse. This time, the Strongmen managed to put up a slight resistance at the start but still ended up losing against 100 kids.

Round Five — 8 Strongmen vs. 100 Kids

The next two men to join the battle were Austin Andrade and Robert Oberst. Andrade is best known for his prowess on the deadlift and other types of static events, which worked well for the tug of war, as it showed that he has the power to pull. Oberst was an 8x World’s Strongest Man competitor and another great addition to the team. The battle was much tighter in this round, as the Strongmen seemingly managed to get an early lead. However, the kids were relentless and managed to quickly overturn the momentum to win the tug of war once again.

Round Six — 10 Strongmen vs 100 Kids

Thomas Evans and Maxime Boudreault were the final two Strongmen to join the challenge, hoping to add the winning factor to their team. Both of the men have had incredible careers so far, making it onto the podium at a number of the world’s best competitions and proving themselves on multiple occasions. So, they grabbed the rope alongside eight other Strongmen and started pulling it against 100 kids who stood on the opposite side.

The battle was incredibly unpredictable, as the Strongmen finally managed to put some pressure. However, some of them started slipping and falling at one point, struggling to hold their balance on the grass field. The kids utilized this mishap and gained momentum, which ultimately led them to another victory in the final round.

Mr. Beast has already done a relatively similar video, as he invited Brian Shaw to go against a lion in a tug of war. Shaw was more successful then, having beaten the ā€˜king of the jungle’. On the other hand, 100 kids proved to be too big of a challenge for Brian and nine other world-class Strongmen. Regardless of the outcome, the challenge was exciting and successfully showcased the incredible athleticism and the sport of Strongman to a massive new audience.
