Kristin Holte Copmletely Destroyed Nicolay Billaudel
This workout just added to the already tough string in the CrossFit Open. The 20.3 was a repeat of the 18.4 from two years ago. This workout requires a serious level of concentration, and endurance to help push through the tough exercise.
When Holte and Billaudel stepped up to try their hands at the 20.3, it was expected to be close. While Holte is a far more established name, Billaudel is well known in the European region for his skillset. However, in the end it would not be very close at all.
Both athletes gave their best shot to complete the 20.3. Ultimately, it would be Holte who would walk away with the win, with a time of 6:28. On the other hand, Billaudel was unable to complete the workout, falling short by 18 reps. Therefore it will be exciting to see him give it another try, at a further date.
