Bodybuilding great Phil Heath continues to showcase impeccable workout techniques even in retirement at age 44. He took to Instagram on July 9, 2024, to showcase a grueling workout that is sure to help you build envious boulder shoulders. 

He boasts a resumè packed with accomplishments, which include his seven consecutive Mr. Olympia victories. Phil Heath has rightfully etched his name into bodybuilding history thanks to his sterling on-stage record. During his tenure, Heath conquered formidable opponents, including his greatest rival, Kai Greene

On his way to building a bulletproof legacy, Heath prevented Greene from taking home the prestigious title. All good things must come to an end: Heath was eventually pushed to the side in second place by the late Shawn Rhoden in 2018. Ultimately, Heath decided to step away from the competitive stage but not from the sport of bodybuilding entirely.

  2. Viking Press 21’s 4 Sets
  3. Front Raise 4×12
  4. Seated Lateral Raise 4×12 (Increase weight each set)
  5. Rear Delt Fly 3-4 Sets 4×12
  6. Rope Pushdown 4×10-12 Finisher!!
