Regan Grimes the 26-year-old, upcoming IFBB elite from Canada originally competed in the Open division before moving to Classic. But, earlier this year, Grimes said that he’d be making the switch back to the Open division, although he hasn’t competed yet this year. And so far, he’s making incredible progress as he prepares for the Romania Pro qualifier in 3.5 weeks.
Check out his recent Instagram progress video with the following caption…
“3.5 Weeks more to give this prep everything I got. #RomaniaPro @primevallabs @dorian_hamilton“

Grimes won the 2018 New York Pro Classic Physique to earn a spot at the Olympia Classic Physique competition where he came in 8th place. But he’ll have to really turn it up a notch to be competitive in the Open division.
And due to Regan Grimes being so young and at the beginning of his professional career, we’ll have to be a little patient with his year to year progression. He definitely has good size, symmetry, and genetics. But as we all know, conditioning is always a huge factor when looking at potential in a competitor.
