“ROUND OUT THE TRICEPS!💪🏼
Don’t be afraid to move at the the shoulder and elbow, what I mean by that is you don’t have to keep your elbow tight to your side and be super strict. As you can see the insertion of the Tricep goes right up into the shoulder so when I allow my elbow to come up you are getting extra tension/stretch at the insertion creating the 3D LOOK!
👉🏼1st Exercise: Total 45 Reps. First 15 reps take 3 steps back, then step forward perform another 15 and then get right up tight and do a final 15 (shown in the video)
👉🏼2nd Exercise: This was a superset from decline Skull Crushers 15 Reps to these Fat Bar Cable Pushdowns to failure”
While it is not the biggest workout, Grimes presents a method to get high reps. Furthermore, he has added some helpful advice to get the best results from the exercises. It is a routine that allows for bit of wiggle room, if you are less experienced with these types of movements.
