Rhianon Lovelace apparently does not need to stop or rest, as she continuously keeps impressing everyone. Just one day after setting the Atlas Stone World Record, she went on to win the 2023 OLO Pro Invitational, successfully defending her title as the reigning champion. To do so, she had to set a massive total across five events: strict press, raw squat, raw deadlift, raw bench press, and a strict bicep curl.
One of the most epic moments of the competition was Rhianon Lovelace’s 90-kilogram (198.4-pound) barbell strict press. This was a massive personal goal for her, and she was ecstatic to have achieved it. Her sheer determination and hard work paid off, which is why she considered it the most special moment of the day.
“I was genuinely so happy I could cry. This was a huge personal goal for so long, to finally accomplish it was incredible. I knew I was against the odds after yesterday’s World Record but we freaking nailed it!”

Rhianon Lovelace’s performance in other events was nothing short of impressive as well. She kicked off the competition with a 215-kilogram (474-pound) raw squat, which she performed in knee sleeves. However, she was not fully satisfied with her result, as she wanted to hit a 227-kilogram (500.4-pound) squat for a sleeveless personal best.
“Hip popped in my first attempt of the 215, and not risking injury, I bailed. Went again. Nailed it. But overall short of what I wanted.”
Next up was the raw, strapless, beltless deadlift, where Rhianon Lovelace crushed her competition with a whopping 227-kilogram (500.4-pound) lift. Seeing that the deadlift is her greatest event, she once again made it look easy, proving that she can outlift everyone even without any equipment.
Rhianon Lovelace’s raw bench press was also an impressive feat. Despite not training specifically for bench pressing for some time, she managed to beat her best-ever powerlifting bench press by successfully lifting 115 kilograms (253.5 pounds).
“Think we could get north of 300lb with some training.”
Finally, Rhianon Lovelace ended the competition with a 55-kilogram (121.3-pound) strict curl, which she was informed is heavier than the heavyweight World Record. She then attempted curling 60 kilograms (132.3 pounds), which was almost as heavy as she is, considering her bodyweight is around 63 kilograms (139 pounds).
“Apparently this is a Heavyweight World Record. But tbh I find this hard to believe.”
