Sergio Oliva Jr has been looking incredible leading into his return to competition. This trend has continued with some recent gym footage, showing off his chest day workout.

Oliva Jr is something of bodybuilding royalty. His father is the only man to ever get the better of Arnold Schwarzenegger back in the day. As a result, his son has been looking to pave his own path, with some strong competition results of his own.

Oliva Jr is looking to continue this run of strong competition with an appearance at the 2020 Arnold Classic. The event takes place in Columbus, Ohio, on March 7th. It will feature a ton of top bodybuilders, including Sergio, who will be competing in the Open.

Ahead of this competition, Sergio Oliva Jr has been working hard in the gym. Most recently, he posted a pair of videos to Instagram, where he showed off his chest day. In the footage, you can see him working hard and lifting heavy. He looks absolutely massive in the video as well, with his arms being extremely vascular.

Oliva Jr certainly looks gigantic in the videos he posted. He appears to be trying to bulk up prior to his return to competition, and come back with a vengeance. This will be his first contest since 2018, where he scored 16th place at the Mr. Olympia. However, this lackluster showing at the Olympia does not take away from how impressive he is, and he looks to prove that next year.

Sergio Oliva Jr has had to overcome a lot of personal issues to get back to competing in bodybuilding. Nevertheless, he is looking to make 2020 his year of redemption, starting in March, with the Arnold Classic. If he continues to train the way he is now, it seems likely that he will have a big performance there.
