Terrence Ruffin is coming into the 2023 Mr. Olympia hot after just claiming gold at the Dubai Pro. Days before hitting the Classic Physique stage at bodybuilding’s biggest competition, “Ruff Diesel” shared a full day of eating on his YouTube channel.
Terrence Ruffin is a man on a mission this year for Olympia. Following the announcement of new height and weight restrictions for the Classic Physique division revealed by the IFBB Vice President Tyler Manion, some believe Ruffin has the ability to dethrone the reigning four-time Classic Physique champion, Chris Bumstead. Given Ruffin’s height, fans predict he will benefit from these new standards.
Initially, Terrence Ruffin planned to qualify for Olympia at the 2023 Legion Sports Fest Pro in October, but feeling confident in the way his physique was shaping up, he decided to test his mettle at the Dubai Pro one month sooner.
Betting on himself, Ruffin came in first place showcasing his astounding conditioning as well as his sculpted back. This ensured “Ruff Diesel” got another shot on the 2023 Classic Physique Olympia stage. Now, days out from the marquee show, Ruffin shared what his day of eating looked like.

“Ruff Diesel” Gives Inside Look At His Diet Just Days From 2023 Mr. Olympia
Terrence sadly informs his viewers that he is down from six meals to five meals after having to cut out his after-workout shake that he really enjoys.
“It is a rest day, and rest days mean errand day and basically being hungry all day cause I eat one less so cut out that post-workout shake I love so much, and that’s basically my meal plan” Ruffin said.
While taking us through his day, which includes a ‘Honey todo List’ or his husbandly duties, Terrence Ruffin shares what he eats throughout the day, this consists of:
Meal 1
- 50 Grams Cream of Rice
- 16 Grams Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 300 Grams Egg Whites
Meal 2
- 180 Grams Chicken
- 200 Grams White Rice
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Paprika
Meal 3
- 180 Grams Chicken
- 200 Grams White Rice

- Paprika
While preparing his second and third meals for the day, Ruffin adds a variety of seasonings and shares that this is something he does regardless of the time of year.
“That’s one thing that I do year-round. I don’t know if its because I’m from Alabama or the South but like I use so much seasoning on things it’s ridiculous. I know it’s ridiculous but it makes me happy and that the most important thing right?”
Meal 4
- 50 Grams Cream of Rice
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
Meal 5
- 180 Grams Chicken
- Green Beans
- Onions
- Soy Sauce
Recently, Ruffin showed off in the gym with Brandon Curry as they smashed a workout one month before the 2023 Mr. Olympia. Curry is a Men’s Open competitor who has previously won two Arnold Classic titles. While he is being overlooked by veterans for Nick Walker, Samson Dauda, and Derek Lunsford, Curry has the potential to steal the show.
With so much talent across 11 divisions, the 2023 Mr. Olympia is shaping up to be the most memorable yet. Fans look forward to seeing their favorites go head-to-head on stage on November 2-5 in Orlando, Florida.
