In a recent Instagram post, ‘The Rock’ shared a grueling leg day workout leading to his highly-anticipated appearance at WrestleMania 40.

“Audaces Fortuna Iuvat,

– Final Boss”

Regardless of how much he prioritizes the gym, many followers still speculate that “The Rock’ uses performance-enhancing drugs to achieve his impeccable physique. While Johnson has never spoken on the matter, bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman expressed his thoughts, suggesting that he ‘probably took a bit of something.’

Performance-enhancing drugs or not, ‘The Rock’s’ dedication to rigorous training has been integral to his growth both physically and professionally. Feel free to try out his demanding ‘final boss’ leg day routine when you get the chance!
