Ronnie Coleman Gives Natty Or Not Verdict

Ronnie Coleman Gives Natty Or Not Verdict

In the world of bodybuilding and fitness, few topics are as intriguing as natty or not debates. In a recent YouTube interview, bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman scrutinized the physiques of seven famous actors and athletes to determine whether they have used steroids. This included Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

“Oh yeah [I can tell if someone is enhanced or not] for sure,” said Ronnie Coleman.

As a former eight-time Mr. Olympia titleholder, Ronnie Coleman wields substantial experience building a championship-caliber physique, which is a delicate process that demands adequate attention to diet, exercise, recovery, and supplementation.

During his prime, Coleman boasted the qualities of a mass monster, displaying exceptional muscle density and conditioning. Having long understood the measures that go into crafting such a physique, Coleman naturally developed an eye for those who use performance-enhancing drugs.

“Yeah. Yeah. He probably took a little bit of something here and there, not a lot you know,” said Coleman. “He’s all kind of cut up a little bit.

The definition is everywhere on his body. I could be wrong but you know… it’s very unlikely [that he’s natural].”

Chris Hemsworth

“What about this body gives it away, sir? asks Ranveer.

“The way it’s shaped,” said Coleman. “Mhm [the shoulders]. The thickness of it.”

“This is not naturally achievable?”Ranveer asks.

“It probably is naturally attainable, but maybe it’s not for him. Exactly [he’s not an athlete], he’s pretty much an actor, you know.”

Christiano Ronaldo

Ronnie Coleman’s Verdict: Natural

“Just a lot of hard work and dedication, eating the right food [is what it takes to look like Ronaldo], eating healthy.”

“Exactly, yeah it’s still natural [his physique],” added Coleman.

Brock Lesnar

Ronnie Coleman’s Verdict: Natural

“Yeah. I ain’t really paid a lot of attention to his body though, you know. From what I’ve seen, he don’t really look like he’s taking anything. Nah, nah, that’s just natural progression over – a guy who has worked hard. And genetically gifted, yeah. It don’t look like he’s taking anything. Not to me.”

“What gives it away that he’s natural? The lack of definition of his shoulders,” asks the interviewer.

“Mhm, the lack of definition all over his body pretty much. Look at his legs, there’s nothing there. His arms, really nothing there, shoulders nothing there.”

“Oh yeah, [he’s off of steroids older]. He still looks natural to me. It don’t look like he taking anything.”

Lebron James

Ronnie Coleman’s Verdict: Natural

“Yeah, yeah, yeah [he’s natural]. Any athlete you know, I can look at them and admire them. I’ve seen a lot of football players, a lot of basketball players, you can tell they worked hard to attain the body, especially Lebron, you know. Look at him now, he’s still just going strong.

People always say, I’m not quite sure he jumps as high as he used to but he’s gotten a lot older. He’s still a hell of an athlete. He’s still not normal. Still genetically gifted in a major way.”

Mike Tyson

Ronnie Coleman’s Verdict: Natural

“I don’t think Mike ever took anything. He just looks so natural,” said Coleman. “Just like Brock Lesnar, even right there, he just looked like a natural guy to me. He don’t look like he took anything.”

John Cena

Ronnie Coleman’s Verdict: Not Natural

“John yeah, I think somewhere down the long way, he took a little something,” said Coleman. “No you don’t have to take it over a long period of time. You can do it over a short period of time. You can do three or four months at a time.”

“Even when I was competing I never did it all the time. I just did it at certain times. It could probably be like seven months on, five months off. Something like that.”

“He probably do it maybe two or three months out of the year and then just not have to do it no more.”

This wasn’t the first time The Rock’s alleged use of ‘super supplements’ has surfaced. Following the viral exposé of Liver King’s steroid cycle, podcast host Joe Rogan implored The Rock to come clean about his alleged use of gear.

In addition, Jay Culter also discussed whether Dwayne Johnson has used PEDs. While he respects the privacy of others, Cutler figured The Rock had used testosterone replacement therapy to attain his physique.

Considering Coleman is one of the best to ever compete in bodybuilding, it’s always fascinating to hear his thoughts on the subjects driving the fitness community today. As for The Rock, Coleman is convinced the icon has taken a ‘little something’ at some point in his life.
