Dwayne Johnson, well known as The Rock, has established himself as one of the most dedicated people when it comes to maintaining his fitness. In a recent post made on Instagram, The Rock shared the words he uses to motivate himself in training sessions.

Many people look up to The Rock and get inspired by his insane work ethic. He always strives to be the “hardest worker in the room.” Although it’s not easy to keep up with training given his busy schedule, Johnson still manages to find time to motivate his followers.

Johnson regularly shares his grueling workouts on social media at his home gym called ‘Iron Paradise.’ Recently, he shared a high-volume leg workout with his fans online. He stressed the importance of having time under tension during training sessions. The Rock showed the concept by performing a giant set of five exercises consecutively with no rest.

In preparations for the titular role in the upcoming DC movie Black Adam, The Rock went the extra mile to look like the comic book superhero. While Johnson always had a relatively large stature, the 50-year-old defied his age to add even more muscle to his already giant frame. He recently shared a clip of himself listening to veteran powerlifter C.T. Fletcher’s motivational speech “Obsession” to get himself pumped in the weight room.

The Rock Reveals What He Uses To Go Beast Mode In The Gym

In a recent post made on Instagram, the Hollywood A-lister shared the words he uses to get pumped up for his workouts.

“Sweaty, hot and smelly (me;) wrapping up a 1230am workout,” he wrote. “Heard a quote and mindset, I thought you guys could use. The person who goes to the gym, every single day, regardless of how they feel — will always beat the person who goes to the gym when they feel like going to the gym.
