Being unable to go to the gym is affecting everyone. However NFL legend Tim Tebow is evidence that you can still get a crazy workout in, without ever leaving your home.

Tebow is one of the biggest sports stars in the world. From NFL quarterback to MLB hopeful, he has a level of athleticism rarely seen in this world. As a result, he has become something of a household name in the sports world.

However, all that fame does not save Tim Tebow from being affected by the global pandemic. As sporting events are postponed and gyms are closed, he is forced to find new ways to stay in shape. Therefore he has become another celebrity to give working out at home a try, and share his routine with fans.

In a series of videos posted to Instagram, Tebow details the workout he is doing in his home gym. Although the routine is done at home, it does require a fair amount of equipment to do. Regardless, it is still a pretty solid push/pull routine to try out.

“Just wanted to share this workout. I know so many of the gyms are closed right now, but I thought this push/pull could still be valuable. One of my next goals is to share a workout you guys can do at home.

90 second rest in between each set.

Dumbbell Bench Press: 4-6 reps for the first 2 sets, and then 3-5 reps for the last 2 sets

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows: 4-6 reps for all 4 sets

Incline Dumbbell Press with Rotation: 6-8 reps for the first 2 sets, and then 4-6 reps for the last 2 sets

Neutral Grip Pulldowns: 8-10 reps for all 4 sets

Decline Dumbbell Bench Press: 4-6 reps for all 4 sets

Bent-over Dumbbell Elbowing Rows: 5-7 reps for all 4 sets (bring dumbell by your ear)”

Although not everyone is able to do this type of workout from home, it is still a solid plan. Additionally, Tim Tebow does plan on putting out a more realistic home workout plan soon, so keep an eye out for that. Even if you have to wait until you can head back to the gym for this routine, it is useful knowledge.
