When keeping up with Hollywood’s modern-day celebs just isn’t cutting it, fans flock to watch Vladislava Galagan who is often referred to as the “Kendall Jenner of bodybuilding.” In a recent post on Instagram, Vladislava Galagan shared her top three exercises for getting the highly sought-after V-taper but when viewers began questioning if she was natural or not, the influencer was candid about how she maintains her physique.

While her uncanny resemblance to the model and reality TV star has earned her extra attention, Vladislava Galagan has turned her fit and feminine physique into profit after gaining popularity on OnlyFans. Galagan reported that she is raking in over 10k a month by sharing a mix of her muscular body with her face and a splash of ‘erotic.’

Galagan’s love for the gym and working out began when she was 16 and after 11 years she has developed washboard abs and insane biceps that many believe are photoshopped. Her hard work and dedication to maintaining a healthy diet and proper training regimen are what’s actually responsible for her stellar body.

While Sharing Her Top Exercises For Achieving An Outstanding V-Taper, Galagan Reveals She Uses ‘Short Cycles’ Of Steroids

Galagan often shares her workouts on her social media, and just recently revealed her top three exercises for getting a nice V-taper. 

“Hey everybody, today I will tell you about the top three exercises that I do for an outstanding V-taper. So the first exercise is pull-ups, the basics of all basics. I know that not all of you is able to do them so I recommend you to start with the machine, the Graviton, or you can ask someone to help you out.”

“And the second exercise would be the standing barbell rolls. It’s a great exercise for building your legs, that V shape, but the most important is for the thickness of your legs.”

“And the third exercise would be hyper-extension, that’s a great exercise for strengthening your lower back muscles, especially when you are a beginner and not yet have the skills to perform more advanced exercises which is deadlift” Galagan said.

While many viewers were impressed with her strength and build, others began questioning whether she was natural or if she was using steroids. Instead of allowing for speculation, Vladislava Galagan was honest and shared that she uses a small amount of steroids to keep up while she competes professionally.

“I do short cycles. I’m not all year round on them like others. Since I do pro competition, it’s something that I do to play it even. But I never rely on them 100%, that’s why I do bare minimum and invest time and hard work instead.”

While the sport of bodybuilding has become more and more competitive with mass monsters starting to dominate the stage, it seems Vladislava Galagan is using the bare minimum just to allow herself extra muscularity. As of late, many bodybuilding legends are insisting that modern competitors are overusing performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) which have led to health concerns and even deaths.

As long as the standard for bigger physiques continues, many bodybuilders will find themselves needing to use steroids in order to stand a chance when they compete on stage. As for Galagan, she’s just thrilled to contribute to the fitness community with her impressive physique.
