The 2025 Rogue Invitational is set to take place on October 31 – November 2 in Aberdeen, Scotland. It will feature both CrossFit and Strongman / Strongwoman competitions, gathering dozens of the world’s greatest athletes and pitting them against each other across a series of tests. As such, the Rogue Invitational is easily one of the biggest sporting events in the fitness and strength communities, garnering attention from masses all around the globe. So, here is a full guide on how to watch the 2025 Rogue Invitational competition.

How to Watch 2025 Rogue Invitational

The 2025 Rogue Invitational will once again be completely free to watch, as the organizers have made sure to set up a livestream for the CrossFit, Strongman, and Strongwoman competitions. The event will be broadcast on the Rogue Fitness Website and YouTube channel.

Interestingly, Rogue has proudly revealed that they will cover the competition from all angles, as they are set to use a wide camera, leader camera, cable camera, and ceiling camera. That, along with the commentary, will make sure that the viewer experience is the best it could be.

  • 11:00 AM GMT: Strongman Event 1 (Wagon Wheel Axle Deadlift)
  • 12:15 PM GMT: CrossFit Individual Event 1 (Nessie)
  • 1:50 PM GMT: Strongwoman Event 2 (Viking Press)
  • 1:50 PM GMT: Strongman Event 2 (Viking Press)
  • 3:40 PM GMT: CrossFit Individual Event 2 (William Wallace)
  • 5:30 PM GMT: Strongwoman Event 3 (Yoke Escalator)

Day Two – Saturday, November 1st
