IFBB Pro bodybuilder William Bonac is looking huge nine weeks removed from the 2022 Arnold Classic. The promising bodybuilder from Ghana last competed at the Arnold Classic in 2020 and finished first. However, he missed the opportunity to defend the spot in 2021 due to travel restrictions. Bonac recently shared a series of photos on his Instagram account to showcase his massive physique.
Arnold Classic is the second most prestigious bodybuilding competition and the first major pro show of the year 2022. Bodybuilders competing at the event are leaving no stones unturned to start the year with a bang. William Bonac’s recent physique update shows that he is more than ready to take on the competition as he has made some major gains ahead of the 2022 Arnold Classic. The recent photos shared on his Instagram account show his wide and thick back and massive arms.

We got 9weeks to go for the @arnoldsports 2022. As Arnoldssports is growing this year the fans will get to see us for two days battling each other.
Friday is the prejudging and Saturday will be the finals plus the expo will be back this year as well. You don’t want to miss this out, so don’t!,” William Bonac wrote in the caption to his post.
Looking at William Bonac’s recent physique update, it appears that the 2-time Arnold Classic winner might show up extra thick at the event. Arnold Classic is still nine weeks away and there is ample amount of time for William Bonac to build on to his already massive physique and stake a claim at the trophy.
William Bonac’s bodybuilding career at a glance
William Bonac is a Ghanaian IFBB Pro bodybuilder that currently calls The Netherlands his home. A seven-time Mr. Olympia participant, Bonac has finished in the top five a whopping five times in a row. His best standing at Olympia came in the year 2019 when he finished second behind Brandon Curry.
In addition to that, William Bonac has won several professional bodybuilding competitions including wins at the Arnold Classic in 2018 and 2020. Like most of us, Bonac hit a rough patch in 2020 and 2021 as he had to sit on the sidelines due to Covid-19 imposed restrictions. Bonac missed out on the opportunity to compete at the 2021 Arnold Classic and made it to the 2021 Mr. Olympia stage against all odds.
In another one of his recent Instagram posts, William Bonac wrote a cryptic message ‘No weapon formed against you shall prosper’, probably implying that he intends to improve to a point where none of his competition can sustain. Looking at his gains, it seems very likely that the 39-year-old has a solid chance to win the 2022 Arnold Classic.
