Four-time (2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016) World’s Strongest Man champion Brian Shaw, 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall, plus elite Strongman competitors Robert Oberst and Nick Best (also champion powerlifter) recently took on a tug of war team in an epic battle.
Now, these Strongman athletes are known to pull thousands of pounds and they’re the best at what they do. So, we know that it’d be no easy challenge even for a tug of war team to out-pull them.
And few would disagree that these are the types of challenges we love to see as they give us a new perspective into just how powerful these men truly are.
So first, the Strongman athletes had a chat with the tug of war team and then they all stepped on the scale. And from what we heard in the video, it sounded like the four of them totaled 1,496 pounds in body weight which is pretty impressive.
