The Dubai CrossFit Championship is scheduled to happen between December 16-18, 2021. The competition is invite only, and as such it will host 40 competitors, 20 of which will be male athletes and 20 female. The venue secured for the competition will be the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium and Ski Dubai Mall of the Emirates, in the United Arab Emirates.
The Dubai CrossFit Championship was canceled in 2020 due to Covid-19. Last time the competition was held in the 2019 edition of the championship, where Brent Fikowski and Sara Sigmundsdottir came out victorious.
How To LIVESTREAM The Dubai CrossFit Championship?
It is confirmed that a free Livestream will be available in time for the competition on DCC’s YouTube channel.

Competitors will be looking to earn:

- 2nd place – $30,000
- 3rd place – $20,000
- 4th place – $10,000
- 5th place – $5,000
Top three athletes Payout per workout:
- 1st place – $3,000
- 2nd place – $2,000
- 3rd place – $1,000

Dubai CrossFit Championship Workouts
The only thing we know is that athletes will have to do some workouts in the snow for the first time. As of December 14th, DCC released a workout for event 5.
Event 5
For time:
- 2-4-6-8-10 reps of:
Ring Muscle Ups
- Thrusters (m: 60kg / w: 40kg)
- time cap: 10 min

The athlete’s roster is very solid, so it should be a great competition. It will be interesting to see how athletes fare with workouts in the snow for the first time.
