In honor of IFBB and NPC president Jim Manion, the annual 2024 Pittsburgh Pro has become one of the most important bodybuilding events of the year. This show occurred in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from May 10-11 and featured a total of six divisions, including Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Figure, Bikini, Women’s Physique, and Wellness.
The Pittsburgh Pro is not only one of the most prestigious bodybuilding events of the year but also serves as an all-important qualifier for the nearing Mr. Olympia competition. The 2024 Mr. Olympia Weekend will take over Las Vegas, Nevada for its 60th anniversary, set for October 10-13 later this year.
Aside from the bodybuilding action that unfolded, fans were treated to a star-studded lineup of Men’s Open guest posers, which saw names like Hunter Labrada, Samson Dauda, Martin Fitzwater, Andrew Jacked, Nick Walker, Derek Lunsford, Ramon Queiroz, and Urs Kalecinski all on stage, providing a teaser of what’s to come at Olympia on the horizon.

2024 Pittsburgh Pro Results
Classic Physique
Classic Physique action commenced on Day 2 of Jim Manion’s Pittsburgh Pro celebration. All contenders from Classic Physique were on point but it was the conditioning and detail of Matthew Greggo and Eric Lisboa that received the biggest pop from the crowd.
Greggo continues to make waves in the mega-popular category. Gaining fame thanks to an incredible physique transformation, his stage presence and posing skills have taken a dramatic leap. He last tested himself at the 2023 Olympia show, though was unable to crack the top 15.
In his way was Eric Lisboa, another proven talent in the IFBB. He competed at the 2022 Mile High Pro and finished in sixth. Following a close final comparison, Eric Lisboa pulled off the win. Matthew Greggo claimed second place and James Yount finished the show in third.

Men’s Physique
Known for hosting tons of competitors, standing out in the Men’s Physique class is always a challenging task. Fans in Pittsburgh were blown away by a few men in particular, most notably, Vitor Chaves and Ali Bilal. Despite differences in their physiques, both men shined. Vitor Chaves had the crowd on their feet courtesy of his shape and especially his thick back detail. Chaves is no stranger to testing himself against the best. He took third place at the recent 2024 Arnold Classic UK event.
Meanwhile, for Ali Bilal, it was his ultra-diced midsection that commanded the judges’ attention. Similar to the dryness of Ryan Terry’s abs and serratus, Bilal looked shredded to the bone. Bilal, a consistent Men’s Physique talent, last competed at 2023 Olympia but wasn’t able to crack the top 15. This time, Ali Bilal left nothing to chance and secured his ticket to the biggest event of the year. Vitor Chaves earned second place and George Brown rounded out the podium in third.

Women’s Physique contenders battled on stage Friday night in hopes of stamping their ticket to the upcoming Olympia show. Prejudging saw a handful of athletes stand out with impressive muscularity, but it was the shape and aesthetics of Joleen Keith and Natalie Rae Wolfe that truly stole the judges’ attention.
Joleen Keith has emerged as a promising talent in the category, proving herself in first place at the 2022 NPC Junior Nationals. Conversely, Wolfe has also had an impressive run as a Women’s Physique contender. She recently placed second at the 2024 St. Louis Pro. In the end, Natalie Rae Wolfe earned first place, cementing her qualification for Olympia. Joleen Keith took second and Samantha Emery claimed third-place honors.

Wellness
In the ever-growing Wellness division, judges were in for a challenging task, as several women brought their best to the stage. Three contenders stood out the most: Marissa Andrews, Giselle Machado, and Elisa Alcantara. Prejudging rounds saw Machado and Alcantara battling for center stage.
Machado has a proven track record in the IFBB Wellness division. Having placed fifth at the prestigious 2023 Olympia, she has a knack for controlling the atmosphere on stage. Elisa Alcantara is another top-tier contender from Wellness who seemingly improves from show to show. She placed third at the 2023 Olympia, two spots above Machado. By the time finals wrapped up, Elisa Alcantara sealed the deal in first place. Gisele Machado and Marissa Andrews took second and third, respectively.

Figure
This was no ordinary showdown in the Figure class; talent brought showstopping physiques to the stage during prejudging. Among the contenders were Ericka Moreles Morgan, Maria Luisa Baeza Diaz Pereira, and Natalia Soltero.
In the finals, it appeared to be a two-woman race between Pereira and Soltero, who brought stunning packages to Pittsburgh. Pereira walked into this event with something to prove after finishing 10th at the 2023 Olympia. But with fifth-place Figure Olympia finisher Natalia Soltero in the mix, Pereira was up against a huge challenge. After the finals concluded, judges awarded Natalia Soltero the victory. Pereira placed second and Ericka Morales Morgan finished in third.

Kaltwasser’s experience and grace on stage often spell trouble for her opponents. Kaltwasser finished third at the 2023 Olympia contest, behind Maureen Blanquisco and two-time champ, Jennifer Dorie.
On the other hand, Delgado took sixth at the 2023 Olympia, but that wasn’t her last contest. She competed and won impressively at the 2024 Wasatch Warrior Pro. Even with an Olympia qualification in her hand, Delgado wanted to test herself against the best. After a very close show, Aimee Leann Delgado took home gold.
