The 2024 Mr. Olympia from October 11-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada saw competitors meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening inside the Resorts World theatre for the finals. After an intense standoff and numerous comparisons, Sarah Villegas picked up her fourth Women’s Physique Olympia title, tying the all-time record held.

Just like in seasons of the past, Women’s Physique contenders showcased dry conditioning, muscle separation, and showstopping V-tapers on the marquee stage. Sarah Villegas was one to watch after securing her third Women’s Physique Olympia title in 2023. However, Natalia Abraham Coelho also brought a revamped look and was hellbent on winning back the title.

In the finals, Sarah Villegas and Natalia Abraham Coelho were all business. Villegas’ mass and peeled conditioning left an impression on the judges. Her hamstring definition, back thickness, and striated delts were also potent weapons on stage.

However, Coelho once again brought near unbeatable front poses thanks to her arm improvements and deep abs. This was one of the closer contests of Day 1 which saw Sarah Villegas secure the victory with Natalia Abraham Coelho taking runner-up. Sheronica Henton finished in third place.
