The 2026 World Fitness Project Grand Park Pro took place on August 28-30 at the Grand Park, Westfield, Indiana. It gathered 100 elite individuals spread evenly across the men’s and women’s divisions, putting them through seven grueling events across three days of competition. In the end, James Sprague and Emma Tall came out victorious.

The reigning Fittest Man on Earth, James Sprague, claimed victory in the Pro Men’s division at the Grand Park Pro with 496 points, showing incredible consistency and resilience once again. Tudor Magda took second place with 429 points, while Luka Đukić earned third with 420 points, edging out Guilherme Malheiros by a single point.

Emma Tall dominated the Pro Women’s division, taking the title with 520 points after a number of truly incredible performances across the entire weekend. Laura Horvath finished second with 491 points following a late push on the final day, and Atimee Cringle secured third place with 463 points.
