Arms Workout With CT Fletcher

The idea of having big, strong, toned arms push many of us to get a gym membership. Huge arms have been associated with machoism for a long time. It takes hard work and consistency but hard work alone is not enough. Keeping genetics aside, you can improve your arms by adjusting your training techniques and learning from the Best Trainer CT Fletcher, his ultimate arm workout, “Armed Warfare” will challenge your limits.

The Superman from Compton, CT Fletcher knows what it takes to transform. Rising from the ruthless streets of Compton, he underwent open-heart surgery in 2005 took the following years to recuperate, and has since adopted a no-nonsense, “fuck average” approach to his training.

Warm-Up: 

#1: Triceps Cable Pulldown (10 sets x 10 reps x variable weight)

#2: Biceps Cable Curl (10 sets x 10 reps x variable weight)

Workout:

#3: Dumbbell Single Arm Preachers Curls (2 Sets x Reps to Failure)

#4: French Curls (4 Sets x Reps to Failure)

#5: T-Curl (2 Sets x Reps to Failure)

#6: Two Position Dumbbell Kickback (2 sets x 40 reps per arm; 20 per position)

#7: Three Position Reverse-Grip Pull-Up (1 set x 30 reps; 10 each position)
(Wide, medium, and close grips)

#8: Underbar Tricep Extension (2 sets x reps to failure)

#9: Gauntlet for Triceps (1 Pyramid Set for 200 reps; 20 reps per weight set)
(5 Sets of Dumbbells, set from heaviest to lightest, start with the heaviest)
Start by laying on the floor with weights overhead touching the floor.  Extend the weights above your head then lower back to the ground.

Update: CT Fletcher had a major heart attack in June 2017 and now waiting for his heart transplant surgery! We are pretty sure he’ll pull through the surgery, he flat lined 3 times and still came back!
