His approach to lifting is simple. Combine heavy ass weights with high volume. And while this approach may sound simple in theory, one session Branch Warren will have you in a whole new world of hurt.

  • Incline Barbell Bench Press
    2 warm-up sets of 15 reps with moderate weight
    3 sets of 10 to 12 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest
  • Flat Barbell Bench Press
    1 warm-up set of 10 to 15 reps with moderate weight
    3 sets of 8 to 10 reps until failure, 45 seconds rest
  • Flat Dumbbell Press
    3 sets of 10 to 12 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest
  • Machine Bench Press
    3 sets of 20 to 25 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest
  • Cable Crossover
    3 sets of 15 to 20 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest
  • Pec Deck Flyes
    3 sets of 15 to 20 reps or until failure, 45 seconds rest
