Amanda Lawrence has been showcasing incredible lifts on her Instagram lately. One that really caught attention was her astonishing 260-kilogram (573.2-pound) raw squat, shared on January 25th. The incredible feat of strength impressed thousands of powerlifting fans, not only because of how massive it was but also because it marked an Unofficial U84KG IPF World Record.
Amanda Lawrence has been the undisputed queen of the 84-kilogram weight class for multiple years now. However, that has never stopped her from seeking further improvements and solidifying her place in the history of powerlifting. So, as the new year rolled around, Amanda decided to make a push for some more World Records.
The first on her list is obviously the squat, as she has perfected her technique and developed some tremendous power. All of that work has paid off, as her 260-kilogram (573.2-pound) raw squat exceeded the current IPF World Record by an unimaginable 11 kilograms (24.2 pounds). Moreover, since it was raw, Amanda could only use a lifting belt, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps.

Amanda Lawrence also shared a huge 260-kilogram (573.2-pound) raw deadlift just a few days after her squat.
