“Happy Monday morning boring diet but optimal breakfast 🍳
(pre workout)”
– 4 whole liquid chickens 🐓
– 6oz grilled buffalo 🦬
* dash garlic powder *
– 2oz (dry measure) brown rice cereal 🥣
* sweetened with stevia + vanilla extract *
“Like a bull, just water and feed me – and I’ll work for hours 🤣🐂
Have a productive week, my friends – kick ass.” shared The Rock.
Fans are used to seeing Johnson shine on the WWE stage but the 52-year-old decided to sign up for a completely new project. The Rock was cast to play MMA/UFC legend Mark Kerr in a special film production. In addition to taking a crash course in MMA training, Johnson was tasked with sculpting his build to accurately portray the character. In the sneak peek that was released, Johnson was sitting on his stool in between rounds during an MMA match, looking unrecognizable, courtesy of facial prosthetics.
When it comes to leg training, The Rock chooses more calorically-rich breakfast options. To prepare for taxing training sessions, he consumes steak, eggs (egg whites only), oatmeal with papaya, and five peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on English muffins. ‘The Final Boss’ doesn’t play when it comes to the first meal of the day.
We have seen Johnson push through hellacious workouts inside his famous ‘Iron Paradise’ home gym. Now, we have a better idea of the type of breakfast he tends to favor when aiming to bounce back on Monday from an action-packed weekend.
