It’s the final countdown heading into the 2024 Mr. Olympia, which means it’s peak week! In a recent Instagram post shared on October 7, 2024, Men’s Physique Olympia champion Ryan Terry revealed how he is preparing by providing a glimpse at his meal plan just six days before the prestigious event unfolds this October 10-13 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ryan Terry has proven himself to be a threat within the Men’s Physique category. Last year, Terry surpassed some of the division’s greatest competitors, including Brandon Hendrickson and former 2022 champion Erin Banks, earning himself a first-place finish on bodybuilding’s biggest stage. Although he has faced some turmoil after a photoshopping scandal resulted in Terry apologizing to his fanbase, he still has his eyes on the prize, defending the coveted Men’s Physique Olympia title.
Ryan Terry Shares Contest Prep Diet for 2024 Mr. Olympia 6 Days Out
Ryan Terry has remained consistent in hitting the gym, demolishing intense upper body weighted superset training as well as hardcore arm workouts. However, with the 2024 Mr. Olympia quickly approaching, Terry is sharing with his followers the diet he’s stuck with to stay shredded on stage.
“My meal plan 6 days out from the @mrolympiallc” Terry shared.

Another threat on stage will be Diogo Montenegro, who earned fifth place at last year’s Olympia. In addition, Montenegro started his 2024 bodybuilding season off strong, dominating the Arnold Classic stage and earning gold.
