The 2024 EVLS Prague Pro took place from November 16-17 in the Czech Republic. It featured seven bodybuilding divisions: Men’s 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Open, Men’s Physique, Bikini, and Figure — all of whom fought for qualifications for the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
Last year, Samson Dauda emerged victorious at the Prague Pro, a prelude to his stunning Mr. Olympia win against Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford. He didn’t compete at this event, paving the way for a new titleholder to take home gold.
This year’s 2024 EVLS Prague Pro lineup was stacked with high-caliber talent. Reigning six-time Classic Physique Olympia Chris Bumstead made the surprising move to the Men’s Open. In addition, Horse MD (Marcello De Angelis) and former two-time 212 Olympia Shaun Clarida were in attendance, aiming to do some damage.

It was a battle unlike we’ve ever seen in the Men’s Open. Prejudging on Saturday saw Chris Bumstead emerge as a frontrunner. Those who thought he wouldn’t have the size to be compared next to Martin Fitzwater were dead wrong. The Canadian champion, who was fresh off his sixth title win at Olympia, showcased many impressive shots, especially from the side and front. Considering how little time he had to prepare for this event, ‘Cbum’ didn’t disappoint and made a commanding bid for gold.
Fourth-place 2024 Mr. Olympia finisher Martin Fitzwater’s full back and impressive abs and thigh pose kept him in title contention from the moment he stepped on stage. He looked tighter than at the Mr. Olympia, and with so many versatile physiques on the stage, like Bumstead’s and Shaun Clarida’s, picking a winner in Prague was challenging.
Fitzwater’s back, muscle volume, and conditioning ended up sealing the deal but the show was incredibly close. Chris Bumstead took second in his Open splash before once again confirming his retirement from the sport. Former two-time 212 Olympia Shaun Clarida also showcased a refined package from his last event to nail a spot on the podium in third place.

Contenders in Men’s 212 Bodybuilding were on fire in Prague with a handful of names sticking out as favorites to win. It didn’t take long for judges to notice Ahmad Ashkanani, who was the most accomplished 212 athlete on the stage.
Ashkanani slipped to ninth place at the 2024 Mr. Olympia, so he entered this show with a chip on his shoulder. His full, separated legs alongside his powerful back told a story on stage, prompting officials to take a closer look at him during the finals. In his last outing, Ashkanani took second place at the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro.
However, Tomáš Tabačiar was clearly in the running for gold. His chest striations, capped shoulders, and ham-glute tie-ins spelled trouble for most of the lineup, making his shots from the rear extra lethal. Tabačiar has a history of competing against Ashkanani. The two bodybuilders took part in a war at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro with Tabačiar trailing Ashkanani in fourth place. Ultimately, this contest belonged to Ahmad Ashkanani, who won the 212 title. Tomáš Tabačiar and Alexandru Vasile walked away in second and third place.

He came into this bodybuilding contest brimming with momentum, having recently placed first at the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro.

Fans also got behind Classic Physique standout Emanuele Ricotti. His proportions and size were potent weapons on stage, making for a closer contest than many people expected. Remaining active, Ricotti last tested himself at the 2024 Everest Muscle Games, where he took second place behind Zhivko Petkov.
He made a push for gold and gave the lineup all they could handle with seamless posing transitions. In the end, Richard Nagy claimed the title. Emanuele Ricotti and Jasiu Schwarzenegger finished the show in second and third place.

He narrowly missed out on gold in his last contest appearance, which came at the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro. With an impeccable upper body and stellar posing skills, he put himself in a solid spot to win this event.
Miroslav Juricek was another name to look out for in Prague. He delivered a well-rounded posing routine and showcased impressive size and conditioning. Miroslav Juricek also competed in Romania, where he settled for a ninth-place showing. When all was said and done, Omar Suleiman picked up the title. Miroslav Juricek and Ireneusz Ptucha finished in second and third.

Ramsteiner is a proven threat in the category, making notable improvements to his physique from season to season. Like many other athletes in attendance, Ramsteiner last competed at the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro, earning a respectable runner-up finish.
In Ramsteiner’s way was Adela Ondrejovicova. Ondrejovicova’s symmetry, proportions, and balanced muscularity have been a winning combination for her as of late. She also competed at the Romania show and took third place behind Ramsteiner. After another very intense battle on stage, Lena Ramsteiner walked away victorious. Adela Ondrejovicova and Elisabeth Kammerer took second and third.

She last took 10th place at the highly competitive 2024 Fitpara Hungary Pro so she was eager to make a statement in Prague.
Sara Punzetti was another talent judges kept a close eye on. Her posing has come a long way, enabling her to shine against most of the lineup. As of late, Punzetti proved herself, taking second place at the 2024 Promuscle Italy Pro show. After a number of call-outs and comparisons, Valeria Fedorenko emerged with gold. Sara Punzetti and Natalie Myslikova finished the contest in second and third place.

Her glute dominance gave the lineup a tough time, and she only appeared to become more comfortable on the stage as the show went along. Maria Teresa was as confident as ever going into this contest after winning the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro.
Meanwhile, Mari Patrizzi commanded the stage and put forth a solid bid to win the show. Her thin waist, aesthetics, and figure were undeniable on stage, leading to a close competition. Her last contest saw her take ninth place at the Worldwide Amateur Olympia Brazil. When it was all over, Sina Maria Teresa claimed first prize. Mari Patrizzi finished with silver and Alexis Nicole left Prague with bronze.
That wraps up all the action at this historic show. Fitness Volt congratulates the winners on their success. We look forward to seeing you battle on the 2025 Mr. Olympia stage!
